Erin Fricks, MS, LAT, ATC

Athletic Trainer

Erin is a board-certified Athletic Trainer who is committed to helping people live active and healthy lives through movement and recovery. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and her Master of Science in Athletic Training degrees from the University of North Georgia. During her studies, Erin completed internships at both Division I and II athletic programs, as well as in physical therapy clinics and orthopedic surgery centers- where she had the unique opportunity to scrub in and assist with surgical procedures. To finish her graduate studies, Erin completed an immersive internship at the University of Northern Colorado working primarily with the football and track teams where she evaluated injuries and designed rehabilitation programs to help the athletes return to their sport without pain or limitations. 

After passing her Board of Certification exam, Erin joined the team at Square One Health to enhance recovery and improve patient’s quality of life by creating specialized rehabilitation programs and supporting patients through physical medicine techniques. With a strong foundation in sports medicine and a passion for evidence-based care, Erin is committed to helping each patient move better, feel stronger, and live fully. 

Outside of the clinic, you can usually find Erin snowboarding, running, reading, or exploring the beauty of Colorado with her husband and two dogs.
