Dr. Cowan is the best chiropractor I've ever found. I've gone to several over the last 20 years, and he's by far the best. This office is also fantastic for so many other things like being able to get an occipital nerve block done for migraines, trigger point injections, orthotics, physical therapy, and so much more. They really are fantastic!

Dr. Cowan and his entire staff provide excellent care in a professional, knowledgeable, and respectful manner. I have made good progress in my ability to walk longer distances wearing my scolibrace, and I look forward to more improvement in the future. I highly recommend Square One Health.

Excellent state of the art facility with expert chiropractic care, advanced physical therapy machines like spinal decompression tables and pain relief trigger point therapy. On top of all this, there is a very caring, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I've had sharp intermittent back pain for the past several years, and worried it was from a slipped disk. My wife convinced me to finally seek treatment and I've been pain free since. Emma performed some imaging of my spine and Dr. Cowan explained where my pain was coming from. Turns out I have the back of an old man and was prescribed physical therapy at home. It's been a wonderful experience with all the staff at SquareOne and would recommend looking into them if you're in the same boat.

Square One Health is a team of kind and hardworking professionals that take excellent care of their patients. My mid-back and chest intercostal muscle strain has been alleviated thanks to quality chiropractic treatment and advice from Dr. Cowan, a progression of physical therapy directed by Emma and Erin, as well as injection treatment by Natasha. The clinic is pristine and is run so smoothly and professionally by Emily, too.I cannot recommend Square One highly enough if you are in any form of neck/back pain and want to be treated well and succinctly.Thank you to Dr. Cowan, Emily, and the rest of the team!

Emma has done just a phenomenal job with my daughter and helping her with scoliosis. The entire team, from treatment, bracing, chiropractic care and physical therapy has been wonderful. We travel from Wyoming a few times a month for scoliosis correction.

Honestly I don't do a lot of reviews, but I am extremely impressed with Square One that I just had to.I was referred to them by a friend for some PT on my knee. My first appointment, rather than just focusing on my knee, Giselle, Natasha, and Dr. Cowan made it very clear that they wanted to help my body as a whole rather than solely one part. They were able to find other issues that could be contributing to the problems I've been having.Emma and Erin have done an amazing job helping me with my rehab on my knee, while Dr. Cowan will continue to do my adjustments and work with my body to get it to how it should be.The office manager, Emily, has gone out of her way to ensure I am taken care of at Square One and has helped me with any and every question I've thrown at her.Overall, they have an incredible staff, and I will definitely continue to go to Square One. I highly recommend for everyone to give them a shot!

I can't say enough good things about the quality of care that this team shows you. From the moment I had my first phone call with questions to get scheduled, to coming in for my first appointment and then having my sit down with staff members to address my concerns, I have been nothing but blown away with the kindness and knowledge this staff possesses. I have been to several chiropractic clinics before and I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Cowan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to what is going on with my body and with how I can help my body with supplementation/nutrition. Emily, The clinic Director is one of the kindest people I have ever had the privilege to meet. She explained how my insurance works in a way that I can actually understand, unlike other places where they talk over my head and leave me feeling confused. She was willing to work with me when it came to concerns I had about financials and how I could make the care I needed work for me without it being stressful. I 10000% recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed with your care or how you're treated here.

The team at Square One is incredible. They are so friendly, supportive and welcoming. Dr. Cowan is awesome and so knowledgeable and he gives 110% to each patient.I am in my 50’s and I came to Square One due to severe back pain caused by Scoliosis and Kyphosis. I had almost given up and felt there was no help for me.Now a few months later, thanks to Square One’s extensive treatment plan which included wearing a ScoliBrace, and doing ScoliBalance exercises, I have made huge improvements!!! X-rays show that my curves have been hugely reduced, I rarely have back pain anymore, and I feel like I have a bright and active future ahead of me.I can’t thank the staff at Square One enough for giving me my life back.

Before Square One, back pain, neck pain, and headaches were the norm for me due to poor posture and tight, weak muscles. I had received typical chiropractic care for over 22 years, but that only provided temporary pain relief. Now I know those adjustments weren’t addressing the sources of the pain. I appreciate the holistic, systematic approach to spinal health that Square One takes. My custom Square One treatment plan, which included physical therapy, trigger point injections, traction, and adjustments, was exacty what I needed to see progress. l've never felt this pain-free and my neck and back have never felt so functional. My posture has drastically improved too, which makes me feel much more confident. It's worth noting as well - I’ve grown to love the Square One staff. They’re a great group of professionals who make me feel comfortable and heard, and they make my appointments enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend Square One more. If you are experiencing pain, do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Square One Health has ventured well beyond what I thought was even possible for me. Before I decided to check them out, I was unable to do hardly any of the activities I used to love. After only 6 months, I have made significant progress, and I can feel the difference! Not only has it helped me physically, but my confidence has improved as well. I am writing this review further, expressing my gratitude, and letting others know that there is no such thing as a dead end!

I went in to Square One when I realized my injury was worsening to the point of stopping me from keeping up with my active family. I doubted Square One could do much since I had lived with my injury for at least a couple of years. In spite of my self-diagnosis and attempts to repair myself, I just wasn't healing.Square One examined me and told me my self-diagnosis was wrong! (Gasp) They told me what the real problem was and gave me a soft wave treatment. Then they asked me to do something I had been unable to do in years. I was really nervous about it because I didn't want the pain but did what they asked anyway. My pain level in one visit went from around a 6 or 7 to a 1.5! And in a few follow up visits, I am now pain free and fully living my life again. The staff and doctor is phenomenal and I 100% recommend them and thank them for giving me my life back! THANK YOU SQUARE ONE!

This place has been a game changer for my health journey and pain management. If only every doctor’s office was ran the way Square One is. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy working there. They are transparent about all costs and all options available to you for the care plan you choose. The staff is always attentive and encouraging. Very impressed with the service and care I have received. Since I've been going to Square One, most all of my major problems have been totally eliminated and others are well on the way to being resolved.

I am so thankful to have found Square One Health. Immediately when you walk in you feel welcome and the staff is so friendly and helpful. And then what can I say about Natasha? She is incredible! Last July I had the hormone replacement therapy pellet inserted and it changed my life! I had very low energy, I felt off all the time, I was overweight and couldn't lose, no drive. 9 months later my life has changed! I am down 58 lb I am walking and running three to four miles per day, I am working out three to four times per week. Hopefully I will achieve one of my goals this summer.. running the firecracker 5K in Fort Collins. Thank you Square One Health for being so instrumental in my life changing success this past year.

I went in for my first initial appointment. The staff was very welcoming and walked me through each step. This helped me to know what to expect during my visit. Dr. Cowan was very informative of his review of my medial history. He did a thorough exam and provided feedback of his findings. The person who did the xrays was very professional and polite. I left with my next appointment scheduled and happy with how my visit went. Looking forward to my next visit.

We brought our 12 year old daughter to Square One because her pediatrician noticed scoliosis. Due to the treatment plan set up by Dr Gubbels, in three months there has been significant improvement to her spinal alignment. She let us know that that she’s in much less pain and we can see improvement in her posture… and the re-evaluation appointments verified the changes.
