He has an extensive CV with multiple advanced training and certifications in spine biomechanics, scoliosis, neuropathy, and personal injury and trauma. He has additionally presented at multiple scoliosis and spine research conferences, been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and is highly regarded as an expert in spine correction, scoliosis, and personal injury by his peers.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2018, completing her senior capstone in the Emergency Department and an internship in Acute Care Medicine. Emily went on to work as a registered nurse for over six years in the cardiothoracic ICU at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where she obtained her Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.

Dr. Tim Cowan earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, OR. Prior to that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, where he interned with Olympic and professional athletes. After graduate school, Dr. Cowan returned to the Rocky Mountains and joined the team at Square One Health.

Erin is a board-certified Athletic Trainer who is committed to helping people live active and healthy lives through movement and recovery. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and her Master of Science in Athletic Training degrees from the University of North Georgia. During her studies, Erin completed internships at both Division I and II athletic programs, as well as in physical therapy clinics and orthopedic surgery centers- where she had the unique opportunity to scrub in and assist with surgical procedures. To finish her graduate studies, Erin completed an immersive internship at the University of Northern Colorado working primarily with the football and track teams where she evaluated injuries and designed rehabilitation programs to help the athletes return to their sport without pain or limitations.

Emma is a board-certified Exercise Physiologist and Scoliosis Rehabilitation Therapist, holding both Level 1 and Level 2 (Advanced) certifications in ScoliBalance — a scoliosis-specific rehabilitation program designed to reduce pain, slow or stop curve progression, and improve posture. She is passionate and committed to creating personalized exercise programs based on the uniqueness of every patient.

Natasha is a Board- Certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in Women and Children Services and Neonatal ICU.

After many years as a bedside nurse she followed her passion to further her education and step into a provider role as a Nurse Practitioner. She understands the importance in collaborative care and that making decisions together will produce better outcomes. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2020. She proudly served in the United States Air Force and has lived many places but can proudly call Colorado her home now. Her and her husband are raising their two teenagers in Fort Collins and enjoy getting out to the mountains any chance they can get, whether it is to go camping or snowboarding.

John M. Thieszen, MD, is a Board Certified Physician who specializes in Internal Medicine (adult medicine) and Hospital Medical Care. Dr. Thieszen earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California and went on for further medical training and residency at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California. When not at work, Dr. Thieszen enjoys soccer and hiking with his boys, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and reading good books. His goal is to help patients decrease their suffering by treating patients with dignity, compassion and insightful medical care.
