Square One Health has ventured well beyond what I thought was even possible for me. Before I decided to check them out, I was unable to do hardly any of the activities I used to love. After only 6 months, I have made significant progress, and I can feel the difference! Not only has it helped me physically, but my confidence has improved as well. I am writing this review further, expressing my gratitude, and letting others know that there is no such thing as a dead end!
Staff was very well mannered had a lot of patience and was concerned about my injuries very professional thank you.
I went in to Square One when I realized my injury was worsening to the point of stopping me from keeping up with my active family. I doubted Square One could do much since I had lived with my injury for at least a couple of years. In spite of my self-diagnosis and attempts to repair myself, I just wasn't healing.Square One examined me and told me my self-diagnosis was wrong! (Gasp) They told me what the real problem was and gave me a soft wave treatment. Then they asked me to do something I had been unable to do in years. I was really nervous about it because I didn't want the pain but did what they asked anyway. My pain level in one visit went from around a 6 or 7 to a 1.5! And in a few follow up visits, I am now pain free and fully living my life again. The staff and doctor is phenomenal and I 100% recommend them and thank them for giving me my life back! THANK YOU SQUARE ONE!
This place has been a game changer for my health journey and pain management. If only every doctor’s office was ran the way Square One is. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy working there. They are transparent about all costs and all options available to you for the care plan you choose. They make you feel in control in each step of the care you receive. Dr. Cowan, Emma, Emily, Erin, Caitlin, Giselle, and Tasha make it a fun and light hearted experience each time. I’m grateful for meeting such a wonderful and caring team. Thank you!

I am so thankful to have found Square One Health. Immediately when you walk in you feel welcome and the staff is so friendly and helpful. And then what can I say about Natasha? She is incredible! Last July I had the hormone replacement therapy pellet inserted and it changed my life! I had very low energy, I felt off all the time, I was overweight and couldn't lose, no drive. 9 months later my life has changed! I am down 58 lb I am walking and running three to four miles per day, I am working out three to four times per week. Hopefully I will achieve one of my goals this summer.. running the firecracker 5K in Fort Collins. Thank you Square One Health for being so instrumental in my life changing success this past year.

I went in for my first initial appointment. The staff was very welcoming and walked me through each step. This helped me to know what to expect during my visit. Dr. Cowan was very informative of his review of my medial history. He did a thorough exam and provided feedback of his findings. The person who did the xrays was very professional and polite. We brought our 12 year old daughter to Square One because her pediatrician noticed scoliosis. Due to the treatment plan set up by Dr Gubbels, in three months there has been significant improvement to her spinal alignment. She let us know that that she’s in much less pain and we can see improvement in her posture… and the re-evaluation appointments verified the changes. Thank you to Dr Gubbels, Jenna, and the rest of the amazing staff there.

An amazing group of knowledgeable professionals. They are efficient, friendly and are willing to share their research, data and experiences without pushing extra treatments or services. This was my first time getting Laser Therapy and it was extremely beneficial. I had substantial improvement with the initial treatment.

Before Square One I had daily head and neck pain due to my poor posture. I was active and in the gym but I just couldn't get my pain under control. After a comprehensive evaluation by the staff and their proposed plan of care I couldn't sign on fast enough. Yes, it is a package purchase but consistency in the chiropractors office is no different then consistency in the gym if you want to see results. After only 2 sessions of exercises, traction and adjustments I have experienced life changing improvements and haven't looked back. Now my husband, mom and dad go to Square One all with similar outcomes. The least you can do is get an evaluation and let them tell you how they can help, you won't regret investing in a healthy spine and pain free living.

The staff at Square One health are eager to help and provide each person with the best care possible. I sought treatment for my headaches and overall tension in my back and neck. After receiving frequent adjustments, traction, and participating in rehab exercises in and out of office, I can now say that I have headaches less frequently and I don’t receive them as often. I also feel better equipped to manage the pain after receiving guidances from the staff at Square One health.

Intake is a bit long, due to various forms ect.There is another portion, to determine complaints, and they try to be thorough, trying to pinpoint main issues of concern.Once completed, a N.P. came into check me on the areas of complaint to see if I needed further assessment. Once this was finished, off we went for my first ASW treatment. It was a bit painful, but I was helped to see that only places withnerve damage would respond with pain. Since we were working on carpal tunnel in wrist I had a great deal. But upon completion, I DID notice a vast difference!😃This evening, I am having some pain, as was explained, but I look forward to seeing if I get continued benefit!

I had been dealing with a right medial knee pain limiting me from playing soccer and working out to my fullest since October ‘22. By this spring it had developed into a medial meniscus problem and not getting better. In May, I started with Softwave at Square One Health for the first time and as a fellow chiropractor I figured this would be a great test to see the benefits of this rather new and non-invasive technologyThe entire team at Square One Heath, Emily, Natasha, Rebecca and Adrienne, are awesome!I stared with Dr.Cowin doing the initial work and after a thorough exam determined I would be a great candidate for the Softwave. Subsequent sessions was with James who did a great job explaining the process and expectations. Because healing does take time there was slow going in the beginning but enough changes to stay encouraged. My big recovery breakthrough came about 4-5 weeks ago where I made it thru an entire soccer game and was not limping the next day. I have since added more intense running and leg workouts with weight strengthening. I love this place. ALL the staff have been extremely polite, thorough, attentive, and even fun to just be around. Before going, I had neck aches, migraines, shoulder pains, and some back pains. My shoulder, back, and neck muscles were really tight; I also found out that my neck was too straight and my right leg was a bit shorter than my left leg. All of these prevented me from doing many regular life tasks without some type of discomfort.After going 3 times a week for 4 weeks, I've noticed that the range of motion for my neck has increased without any pain. I found this out while just backing out of a parking spot and I was able to look around my car without having to move my shoulders! I wasn't able to do this before treatment, but now I can!Every week of treatment has left me feeling great! I still have a ways to go, but I'm feeling and moving so much better than I used to!
